The association has a mandate to: *Inform the public about Aplastic Anemia and Myelodysplasia, *Provide a nation-wide support network for patients, families and medical professionals, *Support Canadian Blood Services blood programs and the Unrelated Bone Marrow Registry, and
*Raise funds for medical research.
