The UCDA was founded by 7 Ontario dealers and was incorporated as a not-for-profit association. It celebrated its 17th anniversary on November 15, 2001. Managed by an Executive Director and a staff of 16, the policies and direction of the association are governed by a 9 person Board of Directors who reflect the makeup of the membership.
